Cover both printed notes plus one idea of your own, in clear paragraphs with a B2-level range of language.
Structure, paragraph by paragraph

Introduction (1-2 sentences)
Rephrase the essay question as a general statement about the topic. Do not give your final answer yet.

Body paragraph 1
Discuss the first printed note. Give a reason and a short example.

Body paragraph 2
Discuss the second printed note the same way.

Body paragraph 3 + conclusion
Add your own idea (the third note), then answer the question directly in a final sentence: do you agree or not, and why.
Paraphrasing the question
Turn the question into a statement: "Do you agree?" disappears; the topic becomes your opening line.
Use "Nowadays" or "These days" to open with the general situation.
Keep the notes as your paragraph plan: one note, one paragraph.
Swap words for synonyms: "people think" becomes "many argue", "children" becomes "young learners".
Change the word form: "the growth of online shopping" becomes "online shopping has grown".
Change the sentence structure: switch active to passive, or start from a different part of the idea.
Never copy the prompt word for word. Examiners ignore copied language when counting your words and it lowers your vocabulary score.
Keep the meaning identical. A paraphrase that changes the meaning answers the wrong question.
