Listen and type. Train your ear and your spelling together.
The rules
- Listen for the linking between "starts" and "at", native speech joins them.
- "Has already" often blends into one sound, listen for the "s" and "al".
- "Child" has the irregular plural "children".
- "Could you" often sounds like "couldja" in fast speech.
- After "look forward to", use the -ing form: "hearing".
- "Plenty of" links together; note British spelling "practise" for the verb.
